Severe back pains. Skin aches, burns. Have endometriosis, pain before periods. Concerned?

I m having extremely painful back pains mostly in one spot that seems to be in my mid section before my ribs. The skin literally aches and burns like I have the flu . I m about to start my period and have endometriosis . I m in alot of pain than normal all on that right side....should I be concerned or try and tough it out?

Thanks for writing to us.
The aching and burning of the skin that you have is not likely to be related to endometriosis. This is more likely to be a nerve related symptom may be due to a nerve root compression or an electrolyte imbalance or thyroid hormone deficiency.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
