scoiliosis is sideward bending of spine which usually starts from childhood as your pain is 2months old it is possibly due to occupation related or travel by two wheeler or abnormal sitting posture. you can try some back exercise after relieving of severe pain by painkillers after consulting your orthopedician and physiotherapist. back ache is the commenest problem suffered by almost all adults in the world at a particular point of time. You can also consult occupational therapist if there is any possibility of pollution in the factory envt causing back ache as latest study revealed smoking causes back ache.
