Severe back pain, heart burn, migraines and spotting. On the implant. Pregnancy chances?

I have been getting a few signs of early pregnancy, I had a spotting bleed a couple months ago but thought nothing of it because I am on the implant.. Since then though I have been getting back pain to the point I can t get comfy to either sit or sleep. I keep getting heartburn coming and going, I feel queasy fairly often and migraines :(

Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you are having are more likely to be due to gastritis rather than pregnancy. Since you are having an implanon, pregnancy is unlikely. To be sure, you can get your urine tested for pregnancy.
