Severe Back Pain And Missing Heart Beat. On Concor. Discomfort In Chest. Why?

Hi I m 41 year old house wife last month I had a severe back pain and then I experience missing heart beat I went to ER they took my ECG it also showed irregular heart beat dr gave me concor 2.5 mg start with half tablet for 2 wk then 1 for 2 month today is my first day after having my dose I have started little pain or discomfort in chest my bp is 110: 70
