Severe anxiety, panic, weakness and fear of death. How to treat this?

i am feeling very weird like anxious and feel scared ive had anxiety for a while i will all of a sudden get a feeling like i am going to pass out and then i panic i always feel like i am short of breath i just dont feel normal anymore i dint want to go anywhere or do anything cuz im scared something will happen im scared to death im going to die i just want to be happy and enjoy life i have three kids i have to live for

This is real time for you to control your thoughts, bring down your anxiety level low, I actually advise my patients those are having same kind of problem that instead of going to have anti-depression medicine why not to control your self I encourage them for this, because taking anti-depression means you will be taken away from your own entity, analyze your self find out the cause of your condition, have a open dialogues with the persons with whom you have disputes or any thing that disturb you, you can do it try it have great day.
