Severe Anal Pain After Bowel Movements, No Bleeding, Using Hemorrhoidal Creams. Suggestion?
I have had pain in my anus for a week now. I have had no change in bowel movements, no bleeding . Just severe pain. Especially worse after a bowel movement. I have tried Hemorrhoidal cream, and wipes. It seems to be getting better however it s still not completely healed. I can not see or feel any hemorrhoids externally.

Most common reason of an anus pain are hemorrhoids or an anal fissure. Hemorrhoids are mostly hard to see in first stages.
You should visit a surgeon who will do a per rectum examination and colonoscopy if necessary.
To prevent both hemorrhoids and anal fissure you should avoid any food that may cause a constipation.
