Severe abdominal pain, bloating, mucous in throat, urge to make bowel movements after eating. Suggestions?

Hi Doctor, for last 6 months i am having irregular timings in food. And has severe pain in upper abdomen along with bloating of stomach followed by mucus in the throat as i need to put it out very oftenly. As an executive i make 50 kms / day on my twowheeler inhailing dust due to road widening. After food i frequently visit to toilet with loose motion.

looks like you symptoms are due to dyspepsia
you need to regularize your eating habits not sleep 2 hrs after meals
mucus in throat could be the dust allergy while you travel wear a helmet n tie a mask or scarf when you travel, will help
can take some acidity medications for few days and see
