Severe Abdominal Pain Below Breast Bone, Cold Sweat, Right Arm Pain, Shoulder Blades Hurt. Advise?
Ladt night I had a severe pain in my stomach right below my breast bone. I had to be in the fetal position most of the night. The pain was so intense that I boke out in a cold sweat and my right arm hurt as well. I am also on my period I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. The last two night I had a similar pain but nowhere near as bad and my shoulder blades hurt as well.

It seems that this problem might be related with your period and hyper acidity.
But seeing symptoms it is advisable to go for EKG to rule out any cardiac problem.
Let it be normal, but to be on safe side go for it.
