Sever Pain In Lower Ribs, Breast Pain And Fever. Sounds Like?

I am male 81 yrs, with normal health having no chest injuries ever. For the last five months low to severe pain persistently occurring in my right ribs below the breast has been very disrurbing. The bump is now clearly visible on the right side. Mild fever occurs in the evenings about 99-100 degree F. No respite from pain. No X RAY , CT SCAN AND NUCLEAR TEST HAS BEEN SUGGESTIVE OF ANY DISEASE.

hello mukherjee,
i think you should go for ultrasound and xray for confirmation, you can use pain killer like acelofenac plus paracetamol combination, but diagnose of problem will be after tests.
