Sereve Migraines. Sickness,loss Of Feeling. Affects Right Side, Pins In Bottom Lip. Recommendations?

Hiya! I suffer with sereve migraines and have experienced a bad one today I usually have sickness and loss of feeling with my migraine and slurred speech not to mention the pain. It always affects my right side and they are so debilertating but today I have had and still have bad pins and needles. In my bottom lip. I am worried as this is new should I be concerned or seek medical help??

Although migraine which is classis does not need so much investigation, migraines which are with focal signs like the pins and needles that you mentioned need full examination to see if there is any underlying issue which should be addressed. If it is repeated in the near future in the same pattern, it should definitely be investigated. At this time, you should not worry and wait for the next probable attack to see how it is.
