Hello Thanks for writing to H.C.M. I have gone through your complaints and try to co-relate them with possible pathophysiological development going on your tonsils and gums. It is clear now that both these are infective pathology and are related to each other. You are at present suffering from acute tonsillitis with gingivitis. You may take now- (a) antibiotic. (b) Anti inflammatory and analgesic. (c) Antiseptic mouth wash and gargling. This above treatment will give you temporary relief and ultimately you have to consult ENT specialist and a Dentist for permanent cure. Regards.
