Sensitive Skin, Heat Rash On Playing In Sun, Even After Wearing Sweat Shirts, Rash Looks Like Acne Breakout. How Can I Avoid This?

I am a 36 ear old male with sensitive skin . Lately when I play golf (in Houston, TX) I develop a heat rash . The day after this rash looks like an acne breakout. How can I treat these pustuales or prevent this from happening. i wear Nike shirts that wick moisture from the skin, but the rash forms everywhere the shirt hangs on me (shoulders, and chest).

Hello

You are suffering from Miliria Rubra (prickly heat) with secondary infection. The main reason is excessive sweating in sun, which blocks the sweat gland ducts. You need soothing lotions, antibiotics, antiallergic and avoid sweating.

Hope this helps
