Seminal Leakage, Slight Discomfort And Increased Sensitivity In Penis And The Feeling Of Needing To Pee. Does Excessive Masturbation Cause This?

Can excessive masturbation cause problems such as seminal leakage, slight discomfort and increased sensitivity in penis and the feeling of needing to pee? It's been almost two days since I have masturbated but I had done it excessively for a couple days leading up to it. I've had increased sensitivity before but never seminal leakage.

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. Nocturnal emission (seminal leakage) is very common and although discomforting it is a natural physiological phenomenon. I also believe that excessive masturbation can make your penis head more sensitive and vulnerable to infection. I would ask you to not excessively masturbate. I also think you may need testing for UTI and STDs if you are sexually active. Please consult a qualified doctor who can run these tests and suggest the right medications for you.
