here i give you normal level acc. to who criteria
1.Volume: 1.5 ml to 5.0 ml (yours 3ml)
2.ph 7.2-7.8 (yours alkaline so normal)
colour: pearly white
3.Concentration or total spermatozoa count: greater than 20 million/ml(yours 30)
4.Motility (percentage of sperm moving)active and sluggish motility: 50% or more(yours 40+30)

5.Morphology (percentage of normally shaped sperm): 30% or more normal shapes

6.Presence of white or red blood cells: minimal
in your case it suggests presence of slight infection
consult your doctor

so you have all other levels in normal limits
