Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is termed as Teratoasthenospermia. meaning thereby that percentage of active grade one motile sperm is 0%.(Normal value 20-30%) and morphology of the sperm is also abnormal .
Truly speaking there are no medicines that can increase the sperm motility and improve the morphology of sperms.
In such a situation it is unlikely to have natural pregnancy .
