Hi Mr Santosh.
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your
semen analysis report. The following are the findings.
1. Volume, clour, liquefaction time, viscosity and
sperm count are all normal.
2. Ph is alkaline is suggestive of infection.
3. Actively motile sperms are 35% which is abnormal ( normally 50% of sperms should show pregressive active forward motility) and is suggestive asthenospermia.
4. Pus cells are plenty which is suggestive of infection in testis ( may be in
epididymis or seminiferous tubules.)
Final conclusion is you have a
genital infection.
You need not worry. Taking antibiotics like Doxycycline or Cephalosporins should help you to get rid of infection and your semen analysis gets back to normal.
If possible get Semen culture and Sensitivity done to know which organism is responsible for the infection.
Please see an Andrologist or a venereologist and take his advice on the above mentioned treatment options.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
Take Care
