Hi, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das
First of all, volume, reaction, consistency all are within normal limit.
The sperm concentration and total count are also within normal limit ( 20 million /ml as per WHO 1999).
Motility of the sperm is also within normal limit( normal- A+B > 50% as per WHO 1999).
But, the abnormal forms of sperms are mildly elevated. But as the count is higher than required, then it will be of not a problem.
Others are within normal limit.
So, overall your semen report is adequate for give child birth.
