Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

The volume of the sperm is normal if greater than 2 mls so 1.5 is slightly less but may not have a significant effect.
The sperm count is normal, it should be at least 20 million, so 40 million is good.
At least 50% of the sperm should be motile, so at 40% motility this is a little low.
There is a small amount of pus cells and this minimal amount is good.

It is important to remember that semen analysis only gives a general idea of fertility.
There are men with normal results who may have difficulty with fertility and men with abnormal results who have no problems.

Hope this helps and wish you the best

Hello, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das

Look, your semen analysis report indicates sperm count is absolutely normal level.

Motility is also within normal limit.

Others are also within normal limit.

So, there is no abnormality.

Regards.
