Colour: White gray Volume: 1ML Reaction: Alkaline Viscosity: Normal Liquefication: in 15 mins Motility: Actively Motile: 50%; Sluggisly Motile: 20%; Non-Motile: 30%; Sperm Counts: 78Millions Morphology; Normal: 50%; Giant Head: 30%; pinhead: 5%; Longtail: 10%; Short tail: 5%; PUSCELLS : 4-5hpf

Look, the sperm count is absolutely normal.

Motility is normal.

Morphology is within normal limit.

Now, Pus cells are increased. It means there is underlying infection. For this, you have to take a broad spectrum antibiotic like ciprofloxacin.
