General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, welcome to HCM, I am Dr Das.

Firstly, the physical examination is totally normal.

The sperm count is within normal limit ( normal is > 15 millions / ml as per WHO 2010).

The motile sperm count is within noral limit.

Morphology is within normal limit.

Other cells are within normal limit.

So, overall, you are absolutely ok. There is no abnormality. Reference - WHO 2010.
