Semen analysis done. Have inguinal hernia. Does it affect motility rate? How to overcome?

HI, sperm count---79 million\ml MOTITLY-progressively-------40% NON-progressively--20% NON-MOTILE---40% morphology abnoprmal forms--14%,double head--03%,doublr tails--03%,Gaint heads-nil,constricted heads--nil,amorphous forms--05% PERM VIABILITY--dead sperms 20% Please let me know whether I have any problem with motitlity and more over I have inguinal hernia -indirect.will that effected my motility rate ,if so wat is the best procedue to over come Please advice

LOok, your semen analysis report indicates normal sperm count.

Motility is within normal limit.

Number of sperms with normal morphology is within normal limit.

As your sperm count is very high, there will be no problem regarding motility.

So, do not worry. there is no abnormality.
