Semen Analysis Done. Could Online Doctor Advice?

Dear Sir !
i am a male of 29 years, and just got a semen analysis report which i would like to share here in order to recieve an expert advice from your side. Below mentioned is my report

COLOR :Grayish White
APPEARANCE :Turbid
CONSISTENCY :Slightly Turbid
PH :8.5
VOLUME :>2ml
TOTAL SPERM COUNT :110 milliom / ml

MORPHOLOGY
NORMAL :60%
HEAD DEFECTS :20%
MID-PIECE DEFECTS :10%
TAIL DEFECTS :10%

MOTILITY
(A) ACTIVE :50%
(B) SLUGGISH :20%
(C) NON-MOTILE :30%
WBC :6-8 / HPF
RBC :NIL / HPF
EPITHELIAL CELLS :2-4 / HPF

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted I would like to comment on your semen analysis report as follow.
1) Sperm count is satisfactory and within normal range as per Who standards.

2)Percentage of active motile grade A sperm is also within acceptable range.

3) Morphology of the sperm is also normal .

Presence of 6-8 W.B.C suggest presence of finfection either in seminal vesicle or Prostate which can be cured by taking broad spectrum antibiotics for 3-4 weeks.
