Thanks for your query.Based on the report of your semen analysis that you have posted I would like to comment that it is normal as per WHO standards and there is no problem in impregnate your wife
The count is 68 million which is within normal range.
The percentage of Active progressive sperm which is 25% is also within acceptable range for fertility.
