General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

Your semen analysis report indicates:
1. Decreased sperm count.
2. Absence of actively motile sperm (as per WHO 2010, normal motility is > 50%)
3. Presence of pus cells indicate infection/inflammation in the Genito-urinary tract.

Based on the above mentioned facts, the semen analysis report can not be considered normal.
Kindly consult an Urologist & get a proper clinical examination done.

Wishing you a Good Health.
Please let me know if I need to clarify further.
Thanks & take care.
