Semen Analysis. Can I Get My Wife Pregnant? What Do My Sperms Indicate?

This is about semen analysis . The report is: sperm count: 63 million pus cells: 2-3 Epithelial cells: 2-3 Activity motile: 40% Sluggishly motile: 25% Dead sperms: 35% Morphology Normal: 85% Morphology abnormal: 15% PH VALUE : 8.5 What each indicates and what is the problem in my sperm. what are chances of my wife will conceive with this report. How to over come these problems.

Conception needs both individuals to be normal. However even in people who are normal (both husband and wife's sexual health being normal) still for reasons unknown the conception may come in late.

Sperm count: yours is 63 million. Normal range is 30 to 300 million.
Active motility 40 % + sluggish motile 25 % = 65 % normal range for total motility is 50% or greater
Morphology 85% Normal range is 30 % or greater
pH 8.5 reference 7.6 to 8.5

So your semen analysis is essentially normal. There is not much that needs to be done for you.
