Hi, I have secondary amenorrhea . I havent had them now since may 2012. i had 15 consecutive cycles before this. I am 48kgs and 166cm tall. This is due to weight loss (my underweight ), I used to be 52/53kgs. I wouldn t call it an eating disorder , I just eat foods that are nutritious. I don t eat junk food because I don t like the effect it has on health. Can you please give me the weight I need to be to regain my periods or tell me a natural remedy (THAT WON T MAKE ME FAT!!!!) ?
