Scratched Finger With Dirty Nail, Had Tiny Spot Of Rust On It. Does It Cause Tetanus?

Hi,

Today at work I scratched my finger with a dirty nail and it had a tiny spot of rust on it. The scratch didn't cause bleeding until a few seconds after when the skin finally broke. I believe I got a tet shot around 4 years ago. The scratch is very minor. Will I be okay? This happened around an hour ago and I'm scared I will get tetanus.
