Scars On Face After Squeezing White Bumps On Lips. Taking Doxycycline. Any Ointment?

What can I do to heal scars on my face due to trying to squeeze out white bumps on my lips/skin that were not whiteheads. I'm 53 and NEVER had this B4. Spread from skin bordering upper lip to nose, chin, forehead and cheeks. Just started Doxycycline - but I have scabs/dark scars and open sores/ on nose, forehead and above lip. Never been around anyone w/ cold sores.... and never had anything like this. No acne... nice skin my whole life. so I do not think it could be that..... plus it's all over my face. The more caffeine I drink the worst they seem to get. I also have Fibromyalgia and have been exhausted lately, too. Had mouth sores, sore throat and swollen glands before this happened. Any ointments good for healing scars/scabs and facial redness. ( when I pop these things... they have a stem in middle...very rough and the skin appears like cauliflower like underneath.) sorry for so much detail but I hope it helps.

Thanks for your query. First of all I would advise you the following
1.     To see some local skin specialist for diagnosis of your diseases
2.     Give up drinks and edibles containing caffeine
Meanwhile you can take the following
1.     Vitamin C 500 mg tablet B.D (you can also take some citrus fruits like lemon and orange)
2.     Put Nystatin oral drops (a dropper full) in your mouth at least three times in a day.
3.     Also take tablet loratadine 10 mg OD
4.     A dose of steroids with the help of local doctors will also help you but with this you have to take some Antacids for safety of your GIT like omeprazole 20mg BD
5.     Creams containing a combination of steroids and antibiotics like a combination of Bethamethasone + Gentamicin will also help you
If you don’t get relief, plz let me know onpakheim@gmail.compakheim@yahoo.com
Hoping that you will get benefit from my advice.
My prayers are with you.
Thanks and best regards.

Hi, it appears to be the resistant bacterial infection, could be due to harmonal imbalance. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. The culture and sensitivity of the pus from the eruptions may help you a lot. Thank you.
