Scar Under Eyes, Cheek And Hand. How Can We Remove It Permanently?

I am Jennitj. I have a burning mark on my left chick just under the eye almost 1*1 inch in size since my childhood and cutting marks on my left hand. Now my age is 29 Yrs. and I want to remove it permanently

So,is it possible or not? If it is possible then what should i do and how much cost should i pay for its treatment ? please sir/Mam, i am waiting for your valuable suggestion.

Scar marks can be removed medically as well as surgically.

Also LASERS are good in removing scars.

The modality of treatment can be decided only after seeing the scar.

A photograph would have helped me better.
