Scanty Flow During Periods, Watery And Pinkish, Regular Cycle, No PCOS. Cause?

Hi, I m 27 generally healthy but for the last 2 years my periods have been very light from then 3 days to now 2 days a week .. Very light and watery and pinkish colour I have had a scan because my doctor said I may have polycystic ovaries etc... But my reproductive organs are all ok.. So I don t understand why my periods are like this... They come at the same day every month.. This month a day early

WISH YOU AHAPPY LIFE RECOVERY SOON.
