Scan shows uterus is heterogeneous in echo texture, irregular in contour, cystic cavity, fibroid lesion. Meaning?

scan shows uterous is heterogenous in echo texture, irregular in contour and outline measuring 11.9 x 7.0 x 5.49cm. An ill defined cystic cavity in the endometrium measuring 1.12cm in the widest dimension and no fetal pole is seen within it. there is also a fibroid lesion in the anterior uterine wall measuring 2.26 x 1.30cm. what does all this mean?

The report suggest you have fibroid uterus with an empty fluid filled sac in endometrium(inner lining of uterus).
