Scan Shows Scattered Fibroglandular Density, Increasing Regional Calcifications. Do I Need To Be Concerned?

FINDINGS: There is scattered fibroglandular density. There is a titanium
clip deep outer left breast. The focal density and calcifications that had
been in this region have regressed. There is no suspicious mass or
malignant calcification in the left breast. There is persistent asymmetry
upper-outer quadrant of the right breast. There are slowly increasing
regional calcifications upper-outer quadrant of the right breast. There
is no nipple retraction or axillary lymphadenopathy.

Do I need to be concerned?

The report is suggestive of having breast pathology which is need to be correlate with the clinical condition and the biopsy is suggested or at least fine needle aspiration has to be done , have nice day
