Hello
welcome to health care magic
Regarding your query the impression is bulky uterus with focal adenomyosis..
Adenomyosis is a condition in which endometrial tissue is seen inside the uterine musculature..
Depending upon the amount of tissue present you may have symptoms like more bleeding during menses to severe cramps...for that use pain killers to relieve the symptoms..
In the query you didn't mention about the symptoms you have..
For more suggestions consult gynecologist.
Hope you got answer from me.
Thank you
