Scab On Shaft Of Penis Bumps On Penis. What Could It Be?

Hi, I need to know if I have STD or STI or hherps..I'm a male btw anyways..one night I matserbated to hard and I got a scab on the shaft of my penis.....and it was a little scab...so when it was gone...I noticed I was getting bumps on my penis....idk if did see bumps or I'm just going crazy...please PLEASE help me and I'm only a teen btw
