Safe To Use Althea Instead Of Cilest?

Hi, I just ran out of my birth control pills (Cilest) and I can t find the same brand in the country I am currently in. They do have a birth control pill called Althea and it s similar to Cilest, both being low dose pills. I was supposed to start a new pack two days ago, meaning my 8th day to take the first pill was two days ago. Would it be safe for me to use Althea right away even if I just finished my period and missed two days? Or do I have to wait until my next period comes to start using Althea? Thank you for your time!
