i have been tested for stds and my girlfriend has her annual checkups but always came back negative. i would have dry foreskin that when erected would stretch foreskin and cause little 'cuts', and i would have to wipe my foreskin with wipes or wet paper to prevent the crustedness from tearing again, and the last time (over a year) the cuts healed but left little bumps where the cuts were and never opoened up again. i have tho a stinging quick burn sensation during intercourse when the bumps are irritated but does n ot happen "everytime", so do you have any suggestions or possibilities given that tests have been negative? and could this be a UTI? when only i exit my bowels there is a sticky discharge in bowl but never when just urinating standing?
