Runny Diarrhoea, Blood In Stool, Lower Stomach Pain, No Bowel Movement. How To Get Relief?

I have not had a bm for 21 days took a does of epsen salt having no results i had runny diearea with no hard stool when i feel like a bm is coming i set on tolit for awile with no result or will be very little and have blood in stool like itwas being made in the stool it is very painful feels like i am being tore apart on the inside of my lower stomach

You need to do stool analysis at first then colonoscopy to know the cause of this blood, it may be due to anal fissure or inflammation of the colon.
