Hi rough skin.patches and hairfall can be due to thyroid disorders.first rule out it by doing thyroid profile.if it is negative it indicates ot is only due to dry can be cured by application of venusia max cream all over body twice daily along with biotin supplementation .and application of keratex oil daily once to the scalp once daily at night and use of tricleanz shampoo weekly twice can cure it
