Rod Fixed In Leg, Swelling, Black Discolouration Post Surgery. Treatment Options?

hi i am XXXXX. i have a rod in ma leg and i lifted some weight now the leg is swollen and there is no docter nearby to prescribe me the medicines, my leg has turned a bit black but my leg is not that bad. my treatment file is in othe city and no one to tell me my prescribed medicines. it has been a year and half for my surgery . plz help me out docter
