Rise And Fall In Body Temperature And Heavy Head. History Of Tachycardia And Anxiety. Recommendations?

Hi, i have problem, this morning i woke up and i felt normal as if it was a normal day, i did not eat anything and then i ran a bath, it was moderate temp so it was not too hot, i spent 10-20minutes in there and ever since i got out i have been feeling hot and cold on and off. there was nothing in the bath and ive never felt anything like this before. i haven't seen the doctor yet as i can't make an appointment because they're closed. my head feels heavy and it hurts a little, my heart (i have a heart condition called "tachycardia" and anxiety) feels weak and like its going to stop. but i don't know i have eaten cold food like fish and toast, drank a lot of water a orange squash. my temperature goes up to 100 for a minute then slowly goes down to cold and its been like this all day. my body clocking is wrong so i don't sleep at night and i sleep in the day i don't know if that has anything to do with it but it might be because i need more sleep, what could it be? is it serious? what do you recommend i do? thanks for reading.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
It is not like that your body temperature fluctuate very rapidly, you just properly read the body temperature, every after 3 hours, but it must be due to your stressful mental condition such type of condition may rise the body temperature, just hold down every thing will be alright, if you really have fever then see the doctor to find out the cause this only be done with clinical examination and other relevant test, have nice day.
