Ringing In The Ears While Sleeping, Palpitations And Fluttering. Reason?

I have constant ringing in my ears which at times causes some weird stuff to happen to me. This mostly happens when I and laying down to sleep. It starts with a roaring ringing noise in my right ear. Eventually it causes like this weird sensation in my head, I would describe it as a shooting star that goes from one side of my head to the other side and sometimes bounces back and forth from side to side and with my eyes closed there seems to be a bright flash. This is accompanied with heart palpitations or fluttering.

Hi,
I went through' your complaints, it seems you may have a problem called tinnitus.
You may have a middle ear infection leading to wax collecting in the middle Ear - which may be the cause for all of your problems. This called as tinnitus, which is not a disease. It is a symptom that something is wrong in the auditory system, which includes the ear, the auditory nerve that connects the inner ear to the brain, and the parts of the brain that process sound.
Consult your ENT specialist - he will ask you about your current health, medical conditions, and medications to find out if any other underlying condition is causing your tinnitus.
Few investigations like X-Ray or CT para nasal sinuses, Routine blood test like TC, DC, ESR, HG, Blood sugar, BP, ECG may be needed to rule out any other causes of palpitaton or fluttering. CT Brain, only if indicated
If ENT is the only cause for your Tinnitus - and if the symptoms are bothering you too much - he will explain you what are all the treatment available - probably leaving the type of treatment to your choice.
Best wishes
