Right Testicle Sensitive, Small Pressure Hurts, Walking Causes Discomfort. What Is This ?

My right testicle is very sensitive. If there is just a small amount of pressure it hurts a little. That is my only symptom. I am 14 and have not told anyone. It only started last night. Just walking causes discomfort sometime. I would rather not tell anyone unless absolutely necessary. I already did a self testicular cancer check and nothing abnormal.

Dear Sir,

Sorry to hear about your problem. This is a common symptom at your age due to the hormonal changes. This can also occur if you have got hurt while playing. if you have examined your testis and found no abnormality, then there is no need to worry. You should visit a surgeon if the problem persists for more than a month or so.
Hoping for the best.
