Right Temple Hurt, Vision Blurred, Swelling, Headache

Hey, I just took an elbow to the right temple during a rugby game, after a while my vision became blurry and I was told by the trainer that there is some swelling and it is effecting an optical nerve, but upon getting home, I now have a growing head ache, and I have little feeling in my left hand , should I be concerned?

Hi,
Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
Headache is due to trauma impact.
For headache you can take Tylenol in prescribed dose.
Watch for vomitings, increase in headache and if you find any concerning symptoms consult emergency.
Consult the doctor for physical examination of the swelling and to look for any abnormal signs of brain injury.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
I find this answer helpful
