Hello!
you need to state complete history. but so far what you have mentioned is pointing towards Migraine.
Migraine headache is usually unilateral and pulsatile/Throbbing in nature, it may be accompanied with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and light sensitivity. It is diagnosed on history but sometimes electroencephalography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging may also be performed.
Advises:
Avoid abrupt change in routine
Sleep properly
avoid anything that triggers headache
avoid stress
use analgesics to relieve pain
doctor may prescribe beta blockers, antidepressants and anticonvulsants.
Hope it will help.

Take Care!
