Hello and thanks for the query
In my personal opinion you need to consult your ENT specialist and needs proper antibiotic to get rid from the problem. The throat and ear problem may be related to each other and may be due to the viral or bacterial infection. Keep a watch on temperature and cough.
Till you consult your doctor do lukewarm water gargles, avoid spicy, oily and junk food, stop drinking cold drinks and cold water.
As per eye problem is concern I think it will resolve by taking antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drugs. If not feel free to consult your treating doctor.
Best Wishes and get well soon
