Hello! Thank you for the query. You have had a trauma and all your symptoms are most likely due to this trauma. Ribs pain can indicate broken rib, even if this seems hardly possible. It is really easy to break a rib. And every broken rib gives a risk of pneumothorax (air between the chest and the lung). This air compresses the lung and can cause serious problems with breathing. Bruise on the butt can be nothing serious. However sometimes due to blood collection, such bruise can turn into an abscess. In such case, incision and evacuation of it is necessary. Other parts of your body like abdominal cavity could get also injured.
