Retarded Hair Facial Growth. Have Pus Filled Boils And Disc Prolapse. What Can I Do?

Hi Doctor, I am a 24 year old male.I have a retarded facial hair growth(hair is visible on moustach area,chin and sidelocks) I dunt look like a 24 year man but probably 5-6 years younger due to which I am not taken seriously at work. I suffered from mumps , chicken pox ,malaria,typhoid,apendicities,puss filled boils and disc prolapse . I have undergone the below hormone test and results are given below.Pls help me find a solution to this retarted facial hair growth. Also there is no family history of facial hair issues on either side of my parents. All these tests were performed on oct 10 2012 prloactin ------14.11ng/ml testosterone----------2.95ng/ml at 9.30 am------3.76ng/ml at 7 50 am LH--------------3.88mlU/ml FSH--------3.71mIU/ml t3--------0.96ng/ml t4-------9.6ng/ml tsh----------3.47 mu IU/ml serum cortisol---------327.1nmol/l---evening(5pm)------609.00nmo/l(morning) 8 am vit D3(25-oh) 21.2 ng/ml FBS-----89 mg/d tsh----2.18mu ilU/ml in april 2012

facial hair growth can depend on race and genetic factors.
Did your family members father /uncle had late growth of hair?
You can take multivitamin mineral tablet suplements.
testesterone injections may be needed in your case.
