Results of X-ray findings show PTB with cavitation. What should be done?

Hi Doc? the result of my x-ray roentgenologic findings: fibrohazed densities noted in the left appex a thick-walled rounded radiolucency also noted then impression: PTB with cavitation Doc I really need to work so that I can help my parents for the financial problem I am now hired as a call center agent what should I do doc?

You need to be seen by Physician doctor, plus get some blood tests/sputum done to determine what treatment is needed. X-ray findings need to be correlated by clinical examinations and other tests before commencing the treatment.
