Restless Legs, Swelling, Purple Knees, Moles And Freckles On Body, Arm Pain, Sinus. What Are The Symptoms For?

Hello. I am a 28 y.o female that has never been hospitalized or diagnosed with anything. I am experiencing multiple, seemingly unrelated, symptoms that have been tolerable previously but are becoming too painful/uncomfortable to just cope. I have 2 siblings who are hypochondriacs and think I may be overcompensating by trying to cope to the point that I m now truly worried I ve been ignoring what my body has been trying to tell me. I d like to list my symptoms and see if you could possibly give me some insight. Otherwise, I feel that if I went to a doctor with such a laundry list of problems, they might just label me as one of those people that thinks that every new illness they learn about explains their symptoms. I m actually hoping that maybe all of my symptoms can be explained by just one illness if any and all treated together. -Lower back pain. On both sides of my spine- aprox. where I believe my kidneys are- worst in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning. Often causing me to be restless, resulting in me HAVING to get up and walk around earlier than desired. -Restless legs that I feel the need to stretch/move after sitting for ANY length of time (like in a movie theatre or just squatting down for a sec) and when lying down. I get stiff and uncomfortable very quickly- primarily in my hips and knees- but my general leg muscles ache as well- if stay in one position for any length of time. If I sit on a hard, structured surface- like a bench- within a minute or two my legs begin to tingle and start to feel like they are falling asleep. -my feet and hands are often ICE cold and have little to no sensitivity to the temp of water. I have to put my wrist or forearm under the faucet to see the true temp of the water. When they aren t ice cold- both my hands and feet will occasionally swell , turn red and become extremely hot. Not just to me but to someone else s touch as well. - Occasionally I get very sharp pains from my mid thigh down to my ankle. Primarily behind my knees and along my calves. It s a sharp pain, almost a burning/stinging feeling that occurs in a specific spot- not just a general stinging but almost like a pricking sensation. -My knees begin to turn a purple-blue color if I stand too long. I m not sure if my lower leg looses color at the same time or if it d just the contrast between my knee and the rest of my leg. I feel like I can almost see all the veins in my leg when this happens. - I have several moles and freckles that after a lifetime of being a kid that burns easily have recently started to concern me -My most recent and concerning symptom is a very strong persistent pain on the left side of my body-from my collar bone down thru my hand. I d say it s a radiating pain but really its just my whole arm. It seems the worst near my shoulder on the under side of my arm, around my elbow and then from my wrist thru my hand. I know- this sounds like my whole arm. - I constantly feel like I have a little bit of a sinus something going on. Particularly in the morning when I first wake up. - On a side note- I ve had poor vision since the third grade and recently had it corrected with Lasik . My teeth are very thin and break easily. Despite my efforts to keep them healthy, they just seem to get worse. I ve always had a healthy, long head of hair but recently it seems to get much more oily much faster than it used to. Enough so that it has actually started to concern me. I have a few other, less notable things going on, but feel that the above are the most important. I ve recently tried to research my symptoms but I don t have enough medical knowledge to be able to interpret some of the articles while others just generalize it could be one of a few things but to consult a doctor and none of them consider all the symptoms I m experiencing. I would love some advice. Thank you for your time! JC
