Report showing post menopausal spotting with thickened endometrium. Surgery suggested for uterus removal. Second opinion?

Clinical Data: Post menopausal spotting P/V with thickened endometrium , Specimen type: Endometrial Curettage , Diagnosis: Disordered proliferative phase endometrium. No adenomatous features/ atypia seen. This is my Histopathology Report. I am 49 years old. 5 feet tall. Shd I go for removal of my utarus. My family is complete. pls. advice.
